Returns & cancellations

Thank you for supporting POM. Please check the product details and size information carefully before ordering. We do not offer returns or exchanges beyond those required by law. Your statutory withdrawal rights and rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Statutory withdrawal

For online consumer purchases covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) receives your goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@pomband.com or to our address below before the deadline. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. You do not need our approval to exercise this right. You may also notify us before delivery.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits.

We will reimburse the payments due, including standard outward delivery costs when you withdraw from the whole order, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Return postage is governed by the information provided before purchase and applicable law. You are only responsible for ordinary withdrawal return costs if this was clearly disclosed before purchase; otherwise POM bears those costs.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Email info@pomband.com if your goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law without charging you the necessary costs. A 14-day reporting deadline does not limit your statutory rights.
